- You lead social media, performance, influencer and UGC projects from briefing to reporting.
- You are the first point of contact for our clients and support them as a proactive partner.
- You plan resources, timelines and budgets and keep several projects on track at once.
- You coordinate creators, content team, editing and paid media, internally and externally.
- You help develop campaign ideas and bring your own input on strategy and content.
- You analyse campaigns, derive optimisations and present results clearly.
Your profile
- Several years of agency experience, ideally in social media or digital
- Solid experience in social media & performance marketing (Meta, TikTok & co.)
- Ideally experience in influencer & UGC marketing
- Confident project management: structured, solution-oriented, reliable with deadlines
- You enjoy client service and come across as confident and friendly
- A feel for trends, platforms and content that works
- Very good German and good English skills
- Hands-on mentality and the drive to take responsibility in a small team
