Measurement & account audit
Before new campaigns launch, we review events, data paths, consent signals and existing account structure. Open measurement gaps are documented, not hidden.
How we set up and run ad accounts: account structure, measurement, testing rhythm, rules for scaling and pausing, and the report you actually get.
The difference between two ad accounts with the same budget is rarely audience knowledge. It’s structure, measurement and discipline in testing. This page describes our operating model in detail. The question of why classic setups fail, and how creative and media buying connect, is covered on our performance marketing agency page.

Measurement comes before the first campaign. We check server-side data matching, reconcile events between website, shop and ad account, and define a single leading metric per account. Only then do we build the structure: a few campaigns with a clear job, rather than thirty campaigns that grew historically with no one owning them.

Jede Kampagne hat eine Zahl, an der sie gemessen wird.
Each week, four to eight new variants go live on Meta and eight to 15 on TikTok. We always test just one variable: opening line, length, call to action or format. A test runs at least until a predefined minimum number of results is reached. Nothing gets switched off or turned up before that, even if a number looks good early on.
We scale in steps of at most 20 to 30 percent every two to three days, so the learning phase doesn’t reset. Ads get paused once they hit a defined spend threshold without results. Between 15 and 25 percent of budget always stays in testing, even when everything is performing well. This is exactly what prevents a crash once existing ads start losing effectiveness.
A dashboard with live numbers across all channels, a weekly update with spend, cost per result, return on ad spend and the week’s decisions, plus a monthly call on budget allocation. Every account change is logged so it stays traceable who changed what and when.
Event quality, server-side matching and reconciliation between shop and ad account.
Rebuild campaigns, standardize naming, separate budgets.
Tie production volume to the testing rhythm so supply never runs dry.
Start with low budget, seven to 14 days without interventions.
Stepwise increases, pausing at a defined threshold, continuous variant supply.
Weekly update, monthly decision on budget allocation.

Hypothesis, variable, runtime and decision criteria are set before every test. That makes it possible to actually turn a result into a production or budget decision.
Ad variants are planned as continuous input. Findings on opening, format and message feed directly into the next production brief instead of just a report.
Scaling and pausing follow agreed limits. Changes and their rationale stay traceable, so short-term fluctuations don’t trigger conflicting interventions.
