## The three production packages

We produce in three fixed tiers so volumes and prices stay comparable. Formats can be swapped within a package, but the total volume stays the same.

- Test: one creator, three edits, two hook variants, delivered in ten working days
- Performance: three creators, eight to twelve edits, six hook variants, delivered in 15 working days
- Ongoing: 20 to 40 edits per month from a rotating creator pool, weekly partial delivery
- Every package includes subtitles, sound design and brand elements
- Every edit in all aspect ratios: 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1
- Twelve months of usage for paid distribution, extensions bookable

## What we need from you for production

So a shoot never sits waiting: enough product units shipped to our Vienna address, brand guidelines or at least logo and fonts, a list of prohibited claims (especially for supplements, cosmetics and finance), and a contact person with sign-off authority. Missing any of these pushes the delivery date back accordingly.

## Revisions, deadlines and reshoots

One correction round is included per edit, submitted as a batch and turned around within five working days. Content corrections to the raw footage, meaning anything that requires a new shoot, are not included, unless the creator deviated from the briefing, in which case we reshoot for free. Smaller adjustments to text, cut length or music run within 48 hours.

## Studio in Vienna or filmed by the creator

Two production routes are available. Filming by the creator at home produces the typical, everyday look, costs less and has a short turnaround. In our Vienna studio we shoot products that need explanation, when several variants need to be produced in one day, or when lighting and sound need to be controlled. Both can be combined within a single package.

We propose the opening lines for the first seconds, you approve them.

### Casting

Three to six creator profiles with sample material to choose from.

### Filming

Product shipping or studio session in Vienna, raw footage after three to five days.

### Editing and versions

Cut, subtitles, sound design, all aspect ratios, delivered within the package scope.

### Correction and handover

One correction round, then handover including a usage overview.

## Deliverables

### Concept & hook variants

Every video gets a defined job, a concrete use case and several possible openings. Claims are checked against brand and product guidance before filming.

### Creator selection

Selection criteria are role, presence, language, filming environment and credible closeness to the audience. Reach isn’t required for pure UGC production.

### Filming & editing system

Raw footage is planned so several standalone cuts are possible. Subtitles, pacing, framing and brand elements are versioned for the intended surfaces.

### Rights & handover

Scope and usage duration are recorded per project. The handover clearly separates final cuts, variants and optional raw footage.

### Wie lange dauert die Lieferung wirklich?

Zehn Werktage im Test-Paket, 15 im Performance-Paket, gerechnet ab vollständigem Briefing und Eingang der Produkte bei uns.

### Wie lange dürfen wir die Videos in Anzeigen nutzen?

Zwölf Monate ab Lieferung. Eine Verlängerung um weitere zwölf Monate kostet einen Aufschlag pro Creator und lässt sich jederzeit nachbuchen.

### Dürfen wir die Videos auch auf der Website und im Newsletter verwenden?

Ja, eigene Kanäle sind in der Nutzung enthalten. Nicht enthalten sind Fernsehen, Kino und Plakatwerbung, das verhandeln wir separat.

### Was passiert mit Produkten nach dem Dreh?

Verbrauchsartikel verbleiben beim Creator, langlebige Produkte schicken wir auf Wunsch zurück. Das legen wir vor dem Versand fest.
