# Social Media Marketing: what our service actually includes.

Original page: https://swype.at/en/services/social-media-marketing

What social media marketing at swype® actually includes: content production, editorial calendar, community, paid layer and reporting. What is in scope and what is not.

This page describes the concrete scope: how much content per week, who sits on your team, what the approval flow looks like and what we get measured on.

Social media marketing often gets sold as a catch-all term. That is why this page is not marketing copy but a delivery scope. A standard setup with us covers a channel mix of two to four platforms, eight to twenty content pieces per week, weekday community management and a paid layer that extends the strongest organic performers. If you want to know why swype® is the right partner and what working together costs, our social media agency page is the better starting point.

## Deliverables per month

Every engagement starts with a fixed delivery framework written into the contract. That way you know what is coming before the month starts, and we don’t have to dress anything up at the end of it.

- Four-week editorial calendar, approved in one alignment round
- 32 to 80 content pieces per month, split across video, static and story
- Platform versions per asset (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) including subtitles
- Community management Monday to Friday with under four hours response time
- Paid layer: setup, ongoing management and creative rotation
- Monthly report plus weekly numbers in a shared dashboard

## Who works on your account

You do not work with an account manager who forwards internally. A dedicated strategist acts as your main point of contact, plus a creative producer for shoots and casting, an editor for cutting and versioning, and a performance lead as soon as a paid budget is running. All four are reachable in a shared channel, and approvals run through a board rather than email chains.

## Collaboration, approvals and tools

Onboarding takes ten working days: access, brand guide, tone of voice, approval logic, tracking check. After that we run a fixed weekly rhythm: content approval on Monday, production through Thursday, and a numbers update on Friday. Storage and approvals run through a shared board, assets are delivered in full resolution and stay yours even after the contract ends.

## What is not included

So there are no surprises: media budget, influencer fees, stock music licenses beyond our standard catalog, website and shop rebuilds, and classic PR are not part of this service. Translations beyond German and English, on-site trade fair and event coverage, and print photo production can be booked separately on request.

## Process

### Onboarding

Access, brand guide, approval paths, tracking check and definition of the KPIs the engagement will be measured against.

### Channel & content framework

Platform mix, content pillars, weekly volume and responsibilities on both sides.

### First production wave

Casting, filming and editing of the first four weeks of content, so the channel launches with a buffer instead of scrambling.

### Steady-state operations

Weekly rhythm of approval, production, publishing and community management.

### Paid layer

Top organic performers get extended as ads, creatives rotate on fixed rules.

### Monthly review

Numbers, learnings and adjustment of next month’s volume plan.

## Deliverables

### Editorial planning & prioritization

A rolling topic and publishing calendar connects timely moments with repeatable formats. Every idea gets a goal, channel, format, owner and approval date.

### Production & versioning

Filming blocks turn into standalone cuts for each chosen platform. Opening, length, subtitles and call to action are adapted to context and placement.

### Operations & community

Publishing, comments and messages follow agreed response paths. Technical, legal or sales questions get routed to clearly named people at your company.

### Reporting & learning loop

We connect content signals with profile visits, inquiries or sales. That produces a prioritized production plan rather than a backward-looking list of reach numbers.

## FAQ

### Who is Social Media Marketing not the right service for?

This service fits when it’s not one video but the ongoing operation of several social surfaces that needs organizing. For a single creator wave, Influencer Marketing is more precise; for pure ad management, Performance Marketing is the better entry point. That's why our first call also checks starting point, ownership and available production capacity, not just goals.

### What needs to be in place before Social Media Marketing starts?

Access to the relevant channels and measurement systems; A binding approver with an agreed turnaround window; Current product, pricing and availability information. If something is missing, we surface it during onboarding and clarify whether it gets resolved before kickoff or scheduled as its own step.
