Influencer marketing at swype®: casting, contracts, briefings, production, approvals and reporting. The workflow and responsibilities at a glance.

This page shows how a creator campaign actually runs operationally with us: from the casting proposal through contract and briefing to asset handover.

The difference between a campaign that runs smoothly and one that ends in approval chaos is rarely about creator selection. It’s about contracts, briefings and approval paths. So this page describes exactly that operational side. If you want to know first how we find and evaluate creators, and what a campaign costs, that’s covered on our influencer marketing agency page.

## What we handle and what stays with you

We handle casting, negotiation, contracts, briefing, production support, review, publishing checks and reporting. What stays with you is product approval, shipping products to our address, final content sign-off, and paying creator fees, which we pass through transparently rather than folding into a flat rate.

## Contracts, rights and approvals

Every creator signs the same framework agreement: delivery dates, number of revision rounds, ad-disclosure obligations under Austrian and German law, an exclusivity window against competitors, and usage rights for paid distribution.

- Six to 24 months of ad usage rights, specified per creator in the offer
- Ad disclosure is contractually mandatory
- Exclusivity window against direct competitors, 30 days by default
- One correction round per asset, deadlines fixed in the contract
- Raw footage handover optionally agreed
- Fees are disclosed openly, our service is billed separately

## Timeline of a wave

A campaign wave realistically needs three to five weeks: week one is briefing and casting proposal, week two selection, negotiation and contracts, week three product shipping and filming, week four review and approval, week five publishing and start of paid amplification. Products with long shipping times or multi-language campaigns add one to two weeks.

## Handover and reuse

After the wave you get all assets sorted by creator, format and platform, plus a contract overview showing when usage rights expire. That way you know which video you can keep running in ads and for how long. On request we also handle amplification directly and push the strongest content through the creator’s own channel.

## Process

### Briefing

Goal, target audience, budget range, mandatory messages, no-gos and timeframe are fixed in writing.

### Casting proposal

Profiles including reach history, sample content, fee and availability, presented for selection.

### Negotiation and contract

Fees, delivery dates, usage rights and exclusivity are finalized per creator.

### Production

Product shipping, filming by the creator, status update after three to five days.

### Review and approval

We check against the brief and disclosure rules, you give final sign-off.

### Reporting

Numbers per creator, recommendation for the next wave, asset handover with a rights overview.

## Deliverables

### Casting with a rationale

Profiles are proposed not just by size but by audience fit, past content, brand safety, availability and required usage rights.

### Briefing & contracts

Messaging, no-gos, delivery scope, dates, disclosure, revisions and rights are settled in writing before shipping. That protects both the brand and the creator from later disputes.

### Production & quality assurance

We support queries, review drafts on request, and check finished content against the brief and agreed disclosure before the brand gives final approval.

### Reporting & reuse

Results are assessed per creator and format. The handover includes a rights overview, so it stays clear which assets can be used on owned channels or in ads.

## FAQ

### Who is Influencer Marketing not the right service for?

Influencer Marketing is the right fit when the creator themselves, as sender and with their own community, should be part of the impact. If only authentic video footage for brand channels or ads is needed, UGC production is usually the clearer scope. That's why our first call also checks starting point, ownership and available production capacity, not just goals.

### What needs to be in place before Influencer Marketing starts?

A clear campaign goal and prioritized audience; Products and shipping information available in time; Sign-off on messaging, claims and creator selection. If something is missing, we surface it during onboarding and clarify whether it gets resolved before kickoff or scheduled as its own step.
